Rise Group Training Classes


We offer two sets of Group Training classes for both members and non-members: Rising BootCAMP and Rise & Strength. So you do not have to be a member of the gym to attend our group training classes, although that is the most economical! In addition, Back to Basics (BTB) holds 2 Speed & Agility Training classes as well. See below for the weekly schedule of our group training classes & a description of each class along with our certified trainers leading them. We believe these classes are more than a class, it is a family of like-minded individuals looking to rise to their best, no matter their fitness levels and ability!

Class Schedule

Rising BootCAMP

 A group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training at a rapid and high intensity pace! Designed in a way to push you harder than you might push yourself and to work as a group to burn those calories and get you stronger all at the same time. Class size is restricted to 12.

Monday: 7pm to 8pm

Wednesday: 7pm to 8pm

Thursday: 7pm to 8pm

Saturday: 7:30am to 8:30am

Rise & Strength

This is a more personal training class, without the cost of paying for a full personal trainer. This is about learning how to lift weights and get stronger. To make it more personal, we restrict the class size to 6.

Monday: 9am to 10am

Wednesday: 9am to 10am

Friday: 9am to 10am
