I have been working out and studying nutrition and exercise for over a decade, learning countless lessons along the way in my fitness journey. I am a certified NASM and AAAI/ISMA Nutrition Counselor and Personal Trainer. I have competed as a figure competitor at both NPC, NGA and WNBF shows regionally.
Back to Basics Speed & Agility
Tony Daniels grew up in the Cincinnati area and is a graduate of Princeton High School. He works locally as a Cincinnati firefighter/paramedic. He specializes in youth speed, agility, and performance training. Coach Daniels brings 6 years experience of working with athletes in a variety of sports. Athletes from soccer, track and field, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and lacrosse attend regularly to improve their game. Coach Daniels provides private and group speed and sports performance training. He has recently added adult bootcamp workouts for all levels of intensity. He focuses on building strength and endurance to benefit overall health. The quote I live by “There are no short term fixes. It takes hard work and dedication. If you are a person who is willing to put your foot on the gas, I’ll steer the car and help you accomplish your goals and more”
MBSP Golf Fitness
I have been passionate about both golf and fitness since I was a teenager playing for my local high school golf team. For over 20 years I have been playing golf competitively at various amateur levels, winning high school, local, regional and national tournaments, maintaining a less than 2 handicap consistently. I have completed my Level 1 Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certification, SuperSpeed Golf Certification and am currently pursuing my TPI Level 2 Fitness and NASM-PES certification specializing in sports performance and golf. I believe that golf is an athletic sport and this means you must train like an athlete to perform at your best.
